This Is What We Are Experts In
Stag dos and hen parties are our thing. These are the most popular events we organise. We are specialists in this field. Years of experience and hundreds of groups served is a great knowledge base on how to do it in a best possible way.
If you are looking for some tips on how start from scratch, you are in right place. See below guidance:
tip #1: prepare a highlight
Most of the times a person who organises a hen or stag do is also a maid of honour or best man, mostly one of the best friends of bride and groom. If you are a brother, sister or best friend you probably know the hen or stag pretty well, so you just need to use this knowledge to make their last night of freedom memorable. Prepare something which will be special for this person, you can use as an inspiration - their hobby, favourite film or series, band, sport etc.
tip #2: get a quests list
Ask the groom and bride for a list of people they want to invite for this special night, you don’t have to know every important person in their life. Make a brainstorm with them and use the best ideas.
tip #3: book activities
Often times members of the group don’t know each other well or at all - bride or groom’s friends from school and their workmates might have never seen each other before but on the day you need to be a team! So organise some exciting activities before the party - it will create a good mood and friendship bonds for rest of the night and help you make connections with others.
Surely, we are here to help with activities before the party, depending on preferences:
- for sport types: Bubble Football, White Water Rafting, Archery Tag, Go Jumping, Wakeboard
- for those who like brain teasers and tours: Escape Room and City Tours
- for kick of adrenaline lovers: Go karting, Shooting Range, Axe Throwing, Quad Biking, Airsoft Gun, Paintball, Laser Tag

tip #4: dress funny
Prepare some great costumes for all of you - thanks to this you will feel like a team wearing uniforms - of course the best costume, the most ridiculous goes to the bride or groom. However, please remember to do it in style, not everyone likes to go half naked in front of strangers on the Krakow Main Market Square and fool around 😉
tip #5: eat well before drinking all night long
Go for a proper dinner before night long party: decent food before drinking helps to feel better the next day. Definitely Polish cuisine rich in meats, pastries, potatoes and more heavy dishes helps to be less susceptible and remember more from the party.
tip #6: prepare a quiz or drinking game
Prepare some tasks for bride or groom - you can play truth or dare as this is always a great idea. You will have a lot of fun with that. It can also be a quiz, for example: knowledge about the fiancée or the best memories from parties, trips and old times. Prepare this questions before with rest of group. It can be also a drink game: for good answer all group needs to drink a shot, for wrong bride or groom is drinking. For sure after this game you will be in good mood!
tip #7: book ahead, gain a peace of mind
Be organised - find nice place for dinner, club with music which you like and book the tables earlier. Make a plan, pick nice activities and places, it will help you save time during the party, you will not have to go around and look for empty table.
tip #8: keep your mouth shut
Let it be a surprise - don’t tell bride or groom about your plans, let them feel like kids waiting for a Christmas gift.
tip #9: bride's and groom's first
Remember that this is the night for bride and groom – if they are shy, they don’t like crowded places or do too crazy things, just try to organise something what fits them best.
tip #10: have a tact
Not everybody likes strippers – if you know that the groom will feel uncomfortable and this is not his style don’t do it. Many guys will tell you that you have to organise this kind of attraction, but this is not true. Sometimes it can only ruin your budget, and no one will be really happy about it. You can spend this money for something more fun.
